Shipping policy

Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option.
International Shipping
- We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous US States.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
